In many cases, you can stay during the renovation process, especially if the project is a small one. Depending on the scope of work, there may come an instance that you may want to remain vacant of the project. This is to ensure your safety and prevent exposure to dust and other restoration debris. The area must be contained and sealed off from the other habitable areas. Our resident specialist will be able to assess the level of care in determining if evacuating the premises will be necessary. Each incident will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
